Home is perfect for multiple families to share while enjoying their own space. There are satellite TV’s in the master bedroom, upstairs living room, kitchen and downstairs living room in addition to TV's in the main floor living room and workout room that can be used with Roku, DVD’s or a memory stick. **Fully registered and licensed with the Township for vacation rentals.

The rental comes complete with the 14' Water trampoline, 2 paddleboat, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, aluminum fishing boat, fishing rods & tackle, all sports equipment for volleyball and badminton as well as 4 adult mountain bikes and one kids, to ride the local trails.
Our lake is all yours to enjoy. No other boats, noisy sea doos or nosey neighbours, just clean water, great fishing, and fun family times swimming and sun tanning on the beach.
The average depth of the lake is 18', with the deepest areas being up to 35, deep.
The depth off the end of the dock is over 7'.
Plenty of parking space on our property for your boat and trailer, as public boat ramps are located only 10 minutes either away in both Dwight and Dorset. Convenient to enjoy your days boating, skiing, tubing on the famous Lake of Bays. If you don't have a boat, you can arrange daily boat rentals with the local marinas.
