Although it’s located in a busy street, the view of the canal is well worth it. The train passes by a few times a day from May until October. They don’t pass after 9 pm.

Summary: We procrastinated and took a chance on this property because most of the large, affordable houses close to the beaches were booked. It worked out great. The property was very clean and comfortable for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 younger kids. Although it's a ride from the beaches, it's a convenient launch point right next to the 6 and a grocery store. The path along the canal is also good for a stroll.
