Summary: We stayed in cabin 6 (2 bedrooms each with ensuite, 3 beds & kitchen/dining room) On first arrival it seemed ok - a little old and could use some TLC, but we aren’t picky people. We noticed that the light in one bathroom wasn’t working, so when we went to the restaurant I advised the front desk. Over 2hr later someone showed up and said he almost forgot. He looked and said it was likely a blown bulb - he had to bring his wife her sandwich but he’d be back in 15 mins…this was after 9:00 at night. I waited until 10 and then turned off the lights and called it a night. That didn’t even bother me that much. I showered in the other bathroom and could use the toilet in the dark! The sink/vanity was still accessible outside that room. What bothered me most was getting into bed and finding someone else’s sock in the bed! And looking closer I could see hairs in the bed!! This was 10:30 at night so I pulled up the covers and slept on top with a pillow from the other room. I didn’t want anyone in our room while we were gone the next day so I left it - we only stayed 2 nights. No one ever came to fix the light. When I went to checkout there was no one at reception to bring up these issues with. I will not be going back or recommending this place. I can understand a light bulb being out, or things being a little old…but not changing a bed after someone is basic hotel business 101!

Summary: We had a one night stop on our way up to L'Anse Aux Meadow. We were a bit early in the season, but the hotel did not see fully staffed. The restaurant closed at 8 pm, so we were quite rushed for dinner. The rooms were quite newly renovated and beds comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was a nice surprise.

Summary: The front desk & corridors were smelling not good. Garbage ´s cans were just in the rooms’ entry. But the room was ok, the front desk have shown me the Price she has received from Expedia and the commission of 32% is quiet huge, I am thinking how to book it in the future.

Summary: An unpleasant odour exists in the corridor and common area, which may be unclean carpets. They looked very worn and stained. However, once inside our room, we could not smell the rest of the hotel. Our room was very clean with brand new fridge and bathroom fixtures. Pizza Delight and a pub on the premises.
