As you continue up a shorter set of stairs, the Loft opens up into an inviting, sunny open concept grand kitchen and living room. Two tastefully decoratedbedroom are positioned on each side of theluxury, custom tiledshower room. A separate powder/toilet room is located off the kitchen/livingroom. You will not be disappointed with the shower! Thecurbless and curtain-freeshower has a rain head faucet with body sprayers.Both bedrooms have large closets, and room darkening shades.
Guests have access to their own private entry with coat and shoe storage and alaundry area (includes a washer/dryer) on the first floor,the entire 2nd floor, including two bedrooms, private balcony, a large eat-in kitchen open to the living room.
The garage space below the Loft is used by the ownerfor personal fitness, 8-10 hours per week, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during daytime hours about (8am-noon). There may be noise in the space below during this time.
Parking is available on-site adjacent to The Loft for up to two vehicles.
