Accommodation
The flat is located on the edge of a tree-lined, flower-filled driveway, like a corner of the countryside in the middle of the city. The entrance is private and secure. The villa (or the flat) is accessible through a gate with digicodes which totally preserves the intimacy and the peace of the place!
In front of the entrance of the flat is a small terrace without opposite, covered, with a table and two chairs of outside to have lunch or take quietly the coffee, very pleasant.
Located on the ground floor, it is 70 m² and is composed as follows:
