Positive: The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.

Negative: Everything was great.

Summary: Wonderful staff and location. Free Mayo shuttle and breakfast. Who could ask for anything more.
