The villa is brand new and has a contemporary design. The living room is very confortable with leather sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. Outside a private swimming pool which can be heated in middle season when the sea is too chilly to have a sea bath with a large terrace where you can take your meal outside.
