A shower room with WC and washing machine is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the mezzanine has 3 single beds (one 90x190 and 2 70x190, which are more suitable for children). A separate bedroom has a 140x190 double bed with a ceiling fan. A 2nd shower room with WC and washbasin is located upstairs.
In the Ayguades district, the "Les Lagunes du Soleil" residence (with swimming pool in summer) is located on the edge of the marine pond between the resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan. Here, water, beaches and nature are omnipresent. The lake adjoins the residence and the large beach at Les Ayguades is just a few minutes' walk away.
