Surrounded by forest, large fenced backyard with firepit. 20'x40' inground heated pool for the summer months. private screened room overlooking pool with projector for movie nights, watch the game or have a kareokee night. Pool area (newly renovated) has multiple tanning beds, propane fire table, bbq area, non slip surface, artificial turf and play structure for kids and floaty storage. The pool area is SHARED
The home itself is beautiful with an indoor garden, and spiral staircase in the center of the home open to the second story, complete with skylight. Large kitchen with plenty of storage and large kitchen table. The living room / playroom is quite comfortable and ready to make some family memories.

Deer and moose venture through the property regularly, this is a glorious summer vacation place where you get the best of both worlds; out in the country, but close enough for the festivities and amenities that the cities offer.
Pool closed for the winter after Labour Day until just before May Long weekend
