For calm and relaxing holidays, we will welcome you in a pleasant little cottage located in the countryside, in LOPEREC.
Village having obtained the label "Commune du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne" located at the foot of the Monts d'Arrée, facing the Cranou forest, near multiple hiking trails on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike.
River fishing nearby.
Located halfway between BREST / CARHAIX / CROZON and QUIMPER 12 minutes from CHATEAULIN.
Comfortable 90m2 house on property including a 15th century manor whose exterior restoration is ending and a large park.
Garden decorated with a fountain and an aquatic basin (possibility of dipping but it is not a natural swimming pool, it is a wash-house), with deckchairs and terrace area with barbecue.
Possible reception of your horses in pasture.
