This 100-year-old historic shotgun home is perfectly located in the beautiful Lower Garden District of New Orleans. The famous New Orleans streetcar is just one block away. The house is within walking distance of many great restaurants and close to several famous attractions such as the National World War II Museum, the Superdome, the Smoothie King Center, the Convention Center, the French Quarter, and much more.
The historic shotgun layout is perfect for a stay in New Orleans, and the location could not be better. You will be staying on the right side of a double shotgun home with 11-foot ceilings. The front room contains a smart TV and couch that can sleep one. The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed that can sleep two. The back room has a dining table, a desk, and a futon that can sleep one. The bathroom and kitchen are full of essentials. Outside in the back is a private patio with a table and chairs. Summary: The house was in a great section of town and not far away from the French Quarter. The host was kind enough to come by and make sure all the pilot lights were still lit after gas work had been done and was so apologetic about the interruption. Absolutely plan to stay again
