This beautiful country house is nestled in the heart of the village of Nuillé-sur-Ouette (53) surrounded by a natural wooded area.
This gîte offers you excellent comfort, a beautiful living area of 120 m2 and a small enclosed garden.
Furnished with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet), 1 large living room (with wood stove), 1 living room, 1 large fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet.
The cottage is heated before your arrival (in winter only).
Basic cleaning products are present in the cottage.
You will find a clean, tidy and disinfected house. Linen bed sheets, cotton towels and tea towels are changed with each change of tenant.
Please leave the house immaculate when you leave, so that the following tenants are just as satisfied as you.
Outside on the garden, a laundry room with sink, washing machine and usable dryer (on request).
The inventory of the contents of the gîte will be provided to you on your arrival.
In the village, only a few houses, only one very discreet company (our: La Maison du Sureau), no business, no farm, just the calm of the countryside.
The only "noise" is the bell of the beautiful 11th century church, close to the gite. (Visit on request)
