Livet is just 8 km from the Paris/Rennes motorway, Vaiges exit, 7 km from Sainte Suzanne, and 7 km from Evron, home to its abbey.

Just 50 meters from the gîte, there is a 7,400m² public lake with picnic tables and fishing (trout, white fish, predators) from March to September with a federal fishing license (available on the FFP website).
