With a large capacity for 12 people, with 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, 3 bathrooms and 4 separate WCs. A wellness area, heated swimming pool and American SPA (5 people). Spa open from September 15 to June 15. The swimming pool is open from April 1 to October 15.
Three possible reception formulas:
- the lodging formula: for 12 people (2 nights minimum) price 400th per night.
- the meeting / seminar formula for 18 people per day (Monday to Thursday from 8h to 18h).
- the afterwork formula for 18 people for the evening (Monday to Thursday from 6.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.).
Surface area of the gîte: 217 m², on a 1,400 m² enclosed wooded area overlooking the vineyards, 6 parking spaces under video surveillance, terraces surrounding the building, kitchen workshop open to living room of 60 m².
We are waiting for you with a deposit of 2000 euros when you enter the property.
You will also be asked to pay a cleaning fee of 130 euros.
