The house has a great sized living area with seperate dining room opening out onto a big sunny deck with outdoor furniture and a spa pool. Downstairs, you have a single garage with plenty of room for storing bikes as well as heaps of off-street parking in the driveway for vehicles or a boat.

Upstairs has a big Living Room, Dining Room, and a fully set-up Kitchen, great for having fun and family dinners. There's also a handy Laundry area and a Bathroom with a separate Toilet, which makes things easy. The Master Bedroom has a comfy King Bed. Bedroom Two has a nice Queen Bed, and Bedroom Three has two King Single Beds and a Single Trundler Bed, perfect for families or groups.
