Bedroom 1 (double bed) and bathroom with shower immediately across the hall. There is a privacy curtain but no door. There are no other bedrooms close by this bedroom sits own its own.
Bedroom 2 (double bed) and ensuite with shower is accessed by its own private staircase. There is no door on this bedroom as it is on a Mezzanine floor, however it is private with no other rooms upstairs in this wing.
Bedroom 3 (twin beds) and ensuite with tub/shower and is located on the top floor. This bedroom (Tower Bedroom)is accessed by an outside staircase connecting bedroom 1 and 3. The wood staircase is not accessible from the street and is private to the house. This bedroom may not be suitable for children under 10 because of the stairs.
The living room has new fiber WIFI and new smart 50" television with Orange TV. There is an additional sitting room with a futon couch which can be used as an additional bed. The kitchen has cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped for those who wish to cook.
The house is quite quirky and meanders over three floors in certain sections of the house. A terrace/patio is situated upstairs between bedrooms 1 and 3 and accessed by an outside spiral staircase (no access to street)
Fontevraud villa makes an ideal base to explore the Loire. All bedding and towels are included in the stay. May not be suitable for small children and physically challenged due to all of the stairs.
