The open plan living/dining room provides comfy sofa & 2 armchairs and a dining room extending table with 4 chairs leading to a well equiped kitchen area with Dishwasher,oven/hob and washing machine, kettle, toaster a good sized fridge/freezer, Ironing board, iron and clothes airer is also provided. The living room leads out onto a large covered terrace and private garden providing table& chairss, sunloungers & BBQ.
The comforts of home will be found in the villa which has free internet (wifi) a large flatscreen TV with access to UK & French channels. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware & cutlery. The private developement has 3 shared swimming pools (1 heated) 1 unheated & a childrens pool.
