Private parking is at your disposal as well as a summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered patio. Private and heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September. You are 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its motor racing circuit are 10 km away. The gîte is composed on the ground floor: of 3 bedrooms including: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and private shower room/WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160; A bathroom (shower and bathtub); a separate toilet; a shower room; a living room; a dining room/kitchen; and a lounge area overlooking the pool. Under a covered patio overlooking the pool (a bay window allows the space to be completely closed or opened), there is a summer kitchen, a dining area, as well as a shower room and a toilet.
