Beautiful home with New England charm. This home is waterfront on beautiful Lake Waquaquet. The home sits at the end of a private portion of the lake. Have a drink on the oversized front deck, relax on the private beach right in front of the house or fish off the dock. This home is only one of a handful with a private dock and beach! The house sits on Lake Waquaquet with absolutely stunning views. Relax inside with plenty of seating or sit outside on the 30-foot deck perched above our private sandy beach that is just feet from the lake. With 4 bedrooms and two baths the home can comfortably fit medium to large size groups. The house is ideally situated 10 minutes from Hyannis and just minutes to Craigville beach. The main floor of the home is open concept and has an updated kitchen, dining table and living area that overlook the lake. Hardwood floors through out the downstairs. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. The upstairs has new wall to wall carpet through out. Three kayaks, a paddle board, a lily pad and a canoe are provided. We ask guests to bring their own sheets or you can rent them for a fee (professionally cleaned). Wifi and basic cable included. Flat screen TV on the main floor, outdoor propane grill (renters are responsible to fill their own tank) Frequently asked questions!
