Peacefully situated in a hamlet, it's just a short walk from the historic center of Clisson and a 4-minute drive from the Hellfest site and the Hellcity Brewpub & restaurant. The cottage boasts a large outdoor area with a terrace and a 160 m² enclosed garden, offering complete privacy. Private parking is available on the property, plus a garage. Two adult bicycles are provided. The cottage is on one level and features a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms (1 and 2: 160x200 cm bed; 3: two 90x200 cm beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
