Ideal for visiting La Flèche Zoo and for taking advantage of the new "greenway" between Durtal and La Flèche which connects to other cycle paths going to Le Lude, Baugé...
On the ground floor, on one level: 1 living room (TV), 1 bedroom-small living room with 1 trundle bed for 2 people, 1 entrance with WC, 1 large kitchen/dining room (dish/clothes washing machines, microwave waves), 1 scullery, all opening onto a terrace.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and an adjoining dressing room, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 1 shower, 1 WC, all opening onto a large landing .
