We rent our family home. Authentic, warm and calm, this house has seen our family grow every summer for almost 80 years now. It is large and functional, with a shaded terrace, allowing you to lunch out of the sun under the trellis.
To you the most beautiful sunsets, in the mountains and all ready by the sea!
Located an hour and a half drive from Ajaccio (Napoleon Bonaparte Airport is the closest), the house is in the heart of the small village of Evisa, nestled in the cool valley, between the passes of Sevie and Verggio , allowing you to discover the bay of Porto.
Between the Aïtone forest, the century-old pines and the Spelunca gorges, this pretty village at 850m above sea level, offers an unforgettable face of Corsica from the mountains.
A large number of activities are available to nature lovers: hiking (departure of trails for the GR20), walks and swimming in natural rivers, and for the most comtemplative, simply have a little coffee in the heart of the village, where you will have the king's choice between 1 pizzeria and 4 coffee shops.
For a swim in the sea, the house is thirty-five minutes from the beaches of Sagone, twenty-five minutes from that of Porto and the Scandola nature reserve (a marine and terrestrial nature reserve, included in the list of Unesco World Heritage) where you can go diving and lovely boat trips. From there, you can also discover the vertiginous calanques of Piana.
Evisa is therefore a superb starting point for a number of activities, with family or friends, and sites to discover nearby.
This house is not a hotel, but our house, if it should be missing things that we would not have thought of, do not hesitate to tell us about it and we will improve it for your next visit.
