Policy and conditions
Each gîte has a maximum capacity:

Above this capacity, only children under 3 are accepted, provided they can sleep in a cot. A cot can be provided on request. No extra beds will be accepted.
If, on arrival or during the stay, the number of people staying in the gîte is greater than that agreed on the present contract, the owners have the right to cancel the stay. The total amount of the stay remains the property of the owners.
The organization of parties and animated evenings is strictly forbidden and will immediately lead to the cancellation of the stay, without possible refund, with an order to vacate the premises immediately.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
The tenant may take possession of the gîte on the day of arrival between 5pm and 8pm, unless prior agreement has been made with the establishment concerning a late arrival. On the day of departure, the gîte must be vacated between 8.30am and 11am (unless prior arrangement has been made with the establishment for early departure).
RENTAL
The rental becomes effective after receipt and collection of the reservation fee and the sending of a reservation confirmation by the establishment attesting to the fact that the stay has been taken into account by the automatic reservation center. The tenant must have a functional e-mail address to receive the confirmation.
Any payment not accompanied by this confirmation will in no way guarantee this rental. Reservations can be made online by the customer, or manually by the establishment, following contact by e-mail or telephone.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be made by credit card, bank transfer, cheque and/or ANCV cheques. The rental price is quoted in euros, including VAT. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure. Any additional services not subscribed to at the time of booking, but actually used by the tenant during his stay, will be invoiced on departure and must be paid for at that time.
EQUIPMENT / CHARGES
The gîte is rented with bedding, furniture, kitchen equipment, glassware and various special equipment in working order. Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided and included in the price. All charges are included, including regular cleaning and tourist tax. Baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request. Any malfunction of the equipment must be reported to the establishment as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after arrival. Bicycles are available free of charge, but a deposit of 390€ is required.
CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is always included in the booking. However, you are asked to leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness: dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans and glass bottles emptied into the containers, kitchen and work surfaces clean, no garbage left in the accommodation or on the private terrace.
PETS
Small pets are welcome on the estate. A supplement of €15 per day per pet will be charged. It is essential to inform us of their presence when you make your reservation. We ask you to keep them on a lead within the grounds of Château du Parc and to pick up any droppings.
DEPOSIT
On arrival, the tenant must give 1 non-cashed deposit cheque, which will be returned on departure after an inventory of fixtures:
- 1 cheque for 500 euros to cover any damage to property or additional cleaning costs.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following amounts will be retained or remain due:
- an amount equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, in the event of cancellation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival date. A credit note or a postponement of the reservation may be granted, on condition that appropriate proof is provided.
- the full amount of the reservation balance in the event of cancellation 21 days or more before the scheduled arrival date. A credit note or a postponement of the reservation may be granted, at the discretion of the management and on condition that appropriate proof is provided (death certificate, etc.).
The establishment does not offer cancellation insurance at the time of booking; it is left to the tenant to decide whether or not to take out a cancellation insurance policy with the insurer of their choice.
NO OCCUPANCY
In the absence of a written message (letter or e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt) from the tenant stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the gîte becomes available 12 hours after the planned date of arrival stated on the rental contract. Any amounts paid remain the property of the establishment.
INSURANCE
The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by himself. He/she must be insured by a holiday insurance policy covering rental risks and recourse from neighbors.
The tenant must refrain absolutely from throwing objects into the washbasins, showers, sinks, toilets, etc., which could block the drains, failing which he/she will be liable for any costs incurred.
SWIMMING POOL
The covered pool is equipped with a safety system that complies with current standards. The pool is open from early April to late October (depending on weather conditions, these dates may change slightly). Instructions for use are provided. The owner declines all responsibility for any incident or accident occurring during use of the equipment provided. Supervision of users and children is the responsibility of the hirer. The tenant agrees not to use the pool after 9:00 pm.
SPA/JACUZZI/SAUNA CABIN
Use of the Spa/Jacuzzi is reserved exclusively for the tenant. The establishment cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident arising from the use of this equipment, and the owner declines all liability. Supervision of users and children is the responsibility of the renter. As the water in the Spa/Jacuzzi is renewed regularly and the treatments in force are carried out with the utmost care by the establishment, the Tenant undertakes in return to exercise the utmost hygiene when using the said equipment.
The infrared sauna is shared by all 15 gîtes, and can accommodate a maximum of 2-3 people. The use of a towel is compulsory for reasons of hygiene. The sauna cabin must be left clean of garbage after each use.
Interior regulations
It is strictly forbidden to SMOKE inside the accommodation, whatever the method of combustion.
It is possible to smoke outside, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke in jacuzzis, or in the direct vicinity of an open jacuzzi. Cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of in the appropriate ashtrays. Our flowerpots are not ashtrays. Ashtrays are available.
During your stay, you are responsible for your Jacuzzi. If you notice that the water quality is deteriorating, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation. Otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply if the water needs to be drained. The jacuzzi cover must always be replaced and locked in place immediately after use. Stepping on it is strictly forbidden.
The pool is open until 9 p.m. (April to October), unless authorized by the establishment. Buoys and other floating objects must always be removed from the water after use.
The use of a towel on deckchairs is compulsory for reasons of hygiene, and to avoid traces of sun cream.
After 10 p.m., we ask you to be discreet outdoors, in order to respect the peace and quiet of everyone. No loud music or conversation is allowed outside after 10pm. The jacuzzi can be used until 11pm, provided the volume is kept low.
