Located on the plateaux of Thiers, (Borbes tourist circuit) in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, the former Faux Martel estate was refurbished in 2016 into a gîte. Quiet and peaceful and just 5 km from the city center, the rural and natural environment is preserved with an unobstructed view of the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO listed). The estate is classified as a refuge by the LPO for protection and observation birds. Terraced house with another gîte. On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, kitchen / dining room with insert and access to the south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds), 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 single bed, shower room / wc. Large adjoining unfenced land with terrace ideal for dining outside.
