The owners have fitted out a gite on 2 levels which will suit couples with in particular a very beautiful bedroom upstairs associated with its private bathroom. Eric raises his sheep with passion and will be happy to introduce you to the Avranchin breed that he promotes. Close to Granville and Mont St-Michel, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the region and the treasures of this legendary bay!
House adjoining the owner. On the ground floor: Living room with convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds). Wood stove. TV. Kitchen area (gas hob, soft pod machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). Technical room (washing machine and household utensils). Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (1 160X200 bed) with its private bathroom (shower). Separate WC. Stairs leading to the bedroom not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
