Ground floor (access steps): Dining room with equipped kitchen area, living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc). The gîte opens onto a panoramic and private sheltered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. On site, a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 4 m.) shared with the owners is accessible. Shaded parking under the olive trees on the property. Access via Arles sur Tech. Access to the farmhouse via a small mountain road for 2 km and a 600 m passable track. Short stays possible on request.
