There is a large storage cupboard in the hallway.
- Two bathrooms: one with bath and one with shower.

It's also a stone's throw from the Antiquaires district and Toulouse's three magnificent gardens (Jardin Royal, Grand Rond and Jardin des Plantes), the green lungs of the pink city. Metro, bus and Vélotoulouse all within easy reach.
