Just 10 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and the outskirts of Angers, come stay in this cottage for 6 people to recharge your batteries and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
This former stable, renovated in 2021, combines modernity with old-world charm (terracotta tiles, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The cottage opens onto a large, bright 55m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a large dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with a television. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the ground floor also features a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom with an adapted shower and toilet.
You'll be charmed by the wellness room with a wood-burning stove for a warm atmosphere. A double whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day) is available for private use during your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined or not), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, and a separate toilet.
The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase (which may be a little steep for some).
Enjoy the private, enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, deckchairs, swings, a molky, a pétanque court with pétanque balls, and a badminton set.
With this gîte near Angers, you'll be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the Anjou vineyards, and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and Azay-le-Rideau Castle are less than an hour away. For family activities, Terra Botanica Park and Anjou Aventure Park are 15 minutes away, or La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away.
5 km from the cottage, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir River with its equipped beach, picnic tables, children's playground, open-air café, and fishing opportunities (supervised swimming in July and August).
