Summary: Got the room with the double bed and bunk beds for a family of four. Room was incredibly small, had to squeeze around bed and wall small. On one occasion cleaning staff didn’t clean room. Front desk staff were incredibly distracted and uninterested in being helpful or interacting. Biggest complain as the room was cold and when I complained the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to be functioning I was told twice it would be fixed only to find out there was never a request for maintenance placed. When I complained they gave us a space heater for the room which took up more space in an already very small room.
