The lower level has a Murphy bed as well as a queen pull-out. The kitchen is fully equipped, excellent potable water including an ice machine, wine fridge and two BBQs outside. A second fridge is on the lower level. Wifi can be used down on the dock, beside the tennis court, in the hammocks, beside the fire place or not at all.
