Nestled on the shores of Levenseller Pond, the cottage is down a dirt road that’s a twenty-minute drive from Camden, Belfast, or Lincolnville Beach. Enjoy swimming or fishing from the dock or paddling a kayak or canoe. This quiet pond only allows non-motorized boats. You might spot loons and ducks, and if you’re lucky - you might even see an eagle.
This three-level, open concept home offers plenty of windows and sliders with views of the pond from many rooms. A three-season screened porch allows for fresh air lounging off the living room. A deck with water views and a small yard allows for plenty of space for outdoor grilling, dining, and playing. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.
