It is secured by electric gates, Video/camera and alarm system. It is surrounded by a 12912 Sf landscaped property that offers a variety of trees, such as Hazelnut, palm, olive, oleanders, and mulberry. High hedges of trees provide the privacy you are looking for. To enter the villa you will go through the large jasmine covered front porch where a dining area is set for 8 to 12 guests. When it gets hot, This space is very pleasant because it provides a cooler outdoor dining setting. When you enter the villa you will enjoy the open plan kitchen/dining/ living room, and also a breakfast nook with view to the pool, terraces and the landscaped backyard. Spacious granit counters and a center island with an extra sink, offer the perfect space and semi-professional equipment for fine cooks. It is also the ideal place for cooking classes. Very special equipment, such as win cooler, ice cream maker, bread machine, American garbage disposer,
recycling containers, espresso machine, dishwasher, will provide the comfort you are used to. In the very spacious utility room there are 2 washers, 1 dryer, an American double door refrigerator. An other dishwasher is also placed in the utility room, next to the outdoor kitchen which is equipped with a charcoal BBQ and a gas griddle. The living room has a contemporary wood burning fireplace,
a 42' flat scree TV (satellite) and DVD player. The indoor dining area offers 10 seatings around a oak farm table. On the first floor a hallway leads to a private sleeping quarter that includes a bedroom with 1 king or 2 twins, a small bed for a child, flatscreen TV, and 2 closets. The adjacent bathroom has a Spa/tub, a spa shower, and a toilet. A visitors toilet with sink is also in this hallway. This room is accessible with a wheelchair. All rooms have AC. The contemporary staircase leads to the second floor that offer a small office with computer (Wi-Fi), a shower/toilet, a guest room with one king or two twins, a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large flat screen TV, a private bathroom/toilet, and a spacious private 4th bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom which is accessible through the upstairs balcony, and also an outdoor staircase. This bedroom can be set with a king size bed or 2 twins, and it has a kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove, washer and dryer. This is the ideal sleeping quarter for in-laws or friends but it is not suitable for young children without any supervision. All the bedding is new and has some matress pads.
The secured swimming pool (5.50m/3.50m/1.65m deep)
is surrounded by a wooden deck with loungers, and outdoor solar shower, and a spacious tiled terrace with another dinning area for 8/10 guest under vine covered pergola. The proximity of the pool is very convenient for families who can easily watch their children.
