The villa Châteauneuf is a former mansion of 310 m2 originally designed for spa guests at the Thermes de Saint Nectaire.
When the thermal baths closed, our villa became a family home where you can recharge your batteries with a magnificent view overlooking the surrounding nature in the heart of the Auvergne volcano park.
The house is located in the center of the picturesque village of Saint Nectaire le Haut, 100 meters from one of the five listed Romanesque churches of Auvergne.
The house consists of 4 apartments for 4 people each with in each apartment 1 kitchen, a living room, 1 bathroom and 4 beds (1 double bed in the bedroom and a double bed or two single beds in the living room). The house also has large living rooms common to all (1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, laundry, ski room). The house is ideal for 8 adults and 8 children.
