As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by brand-new furnishings in each room, new paint throughout, and plenty of entertainment options with eight brand-new TVs (a 65' in the sunroom, 55' in the loft, 50' in the main bedroom, two additional 43' TVs, and two more 32' TVs). Before heading out for various coastal adventures, hop into the full kitchen and make a tasty breakfast on modern appliances as everyone gathers at the dining table to plan out a full itinerary. If you feel like staying closer to home base, plenty of fun can be found at the shared indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, beautiful walking paths, and playgrounds that are mere steps from your front door. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
