Positive: Great location, great view. Flat was fully refurbished with taste. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and modern. (Big) children loved the bunk beds with exclusive vista over the mountains. Locker for skis on the ground floor.

Negative: The management team for various reasons. One month before arrival, we sent a message through booking.com messenger to inform that we were going to be 4 people instead of 3 and requested 1 extra set of bed & bath linen. We asked them to confirm it was all ok. They did not reply for almost 2 weeks. I then called the mobile number provided over 6 times, left voice messages, and never got called back. I finally sent an email to the business address of the management team (Cocoon…) and received a reply a few days later saying « Vous arrivez d ici 2 semaines nous traitons les demandes quelques jours avant » (you arrive in 2 weeks, we deal with requests a few days before arrival). They did not take into consideration that we were informing them of a change of plan, not the original booking conditions, and they did not bother acknowledging it was ok to be 4 instead of 3. Obviously, one might want to get an answer before arriving at the door with kids and luggage… A couple of days before arrival, we received an automated message on booking.com. The message mentions an attachement with information but there was no attachment. On arrival day, I sent a message through booking.com and the mobile provided and eventually got an automated reply. I also tried to call but there was no answer. As we arrived in front of the building, we meet one of the management team members by luck. I recognised her as I had a look at the company website (Cocoon). The lady was pleasant, polite and helpful. She escorted us to the flat. There was no additional bed & bath linen for a 4th person and it was promptly provided as we requested it. There were small rocks on the floor as a technician went to the flat to ensure heating was working. The toilet bowl was still dirty with some n°2 left overs. The bed linen were all provided in bags and it was for us to set it up…. We also asked the lady for an additional set of keys to ease the in’s and out’s.
