The Nature Escape in Bay St. Louis is only a few minutes to the white sand beaches and popular casinos of Hancock county. The home is located on a canal that boasts a myriad of birds, fish and other wildlife. The three bedrooms sleep up to eight people with two rooms with king size beds. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet and keyless entry for simple check in and check out. Dishwasher, washer and dryer available. Enjoy the peaceful area both on the wrap around porch and the area underneath for plenty of space to entertain and relax. Settle in and enjoy the smart tv with Netflix and Amazon streaming services. You can fish from the bank or even bring your Kayaks or canoes to explore the nearby waterways.

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.

There is in unit laundry in the house.

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked.

A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ and an HDTV antenna is available but there is NO CABLE.

Also Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is > 7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (Fl-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify or cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can't, so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night's stay, whichever is more.

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

- No shoes inside the home
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Do not open the windows due to extra security measures we have installed.
- Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash any sandy beach items in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
- Pick up and place all trash in outside garbage can before departure.
- Please wash all dishes and unload dishwasher prior to departure.

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***
