These tastefully decorated chalets are located in a very well-kept vacation village in a hilly and wooded landscape, about 1 km from the village of Mauroux.
They each have a large covered terrace and private patio and lawn. The village has many green, grassy and tree-lined areas and has a large fenced pool surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers, a restaurant and an indoor games area with billiards and table soccer. There is a children's playground with slides and swings, table tennis and a tennis court. Activities are organized during the summer months. Mauroux (1.5 km) is a lovely little village with a store, restaurant, post office and small library. In the center of Puy l'Evêque (12 km) you will find all amenities as well as cafes and restaurants. There are a number of villages to explore along the Lot, such as Praysac (16 km), Castelfranc (20 km), and Luzech (27 km), which you can discover from the river on a river cruise boat that passes through some of the locks. Pedal boats and electric boats can also be rented. The beautiful surrounding countryside can be explored on foot, by bike and on horseback at Lacapelle Cabanac (5 km). A little further away is Cahors (40 km), the center of this wine region with its famous Valentré Bridge. The Saturday morning market is worth a visit.
