Welcome to "The Game Room Getaway," a former Bed and breakfast lovingly transformed into a luxurious vacation rental awaiting your unforgettable stay. Ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or group getaways, this property comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.
Indulge in Comfort and Elegance: Five primary bedroom suites, each boasting its own private bath, offer unparalleled comfort. The formal living room, featuring a cozy fireplace (non-functioning) and elegant furnishings, sets the stage for delightful gatherings. Meanwhile, the family room offers additional relaxing space, complete with plush seating and a Smart TV.
Enjoy those delights together at the formal dining table for 12. Adjacent to the kitchen, it makes serving and clean-up a breeze! You'll surely enjoy a large, covered porch with comfortable seating options for afternoon conversations among friends and family. We also provide a charcoal grill. (You must purchase your charcoal)
Additional amenities at The Game Room Getaway include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable TV with Ruku, ESPN, Disney +, and Hulu. For our younger guests, we also provide a high chair and pack 'n-play.

THE PROPERTY:
One primary bedroom suite is located downstairs. This suite is a perfect family bedroom, with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower. Upstairs, four additional bedroom suites round out this fantastic home. Three suites offer two queen-size beds each, while the fourth provides a queen-size bed with a twin-size sleeper sofa. Each ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, a walk-in shower, and fluffy white towels. Those who have to check in with the office will find a remote workstation on the second floor, including a desk and chair. A convenient half-bath is located on the first level.

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Exceptions can be made if you have more than two pets. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required.
