The main floor is open plan with the kitchen, dining room as well as a living room. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room. The ground floor has another living room with fireplace, a bar area with table football, 3 bedrooms as well as another full bathroom. The L’Assomption River is absolutely beautiful. Water is good for swimming and kayaking or paddle boarding.
