The Cottage on Waikare ticks all the boxes- just up the road from the buzzing village and a short stroll to the sands of Oneroa beach, with a huge deck on which to sit & enjoy the views!
The cottage has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, opening onto the large deck at the front. There is sky TV and a heatpump, so it is a great spot in winter or summer alike. This room opens onto the large sunny deck which overlooks the bay, and has huge twin umbrellas, meaning you can have shade during the heat of the day. There is a large outdoor dining table & a BBQ.
The 2 bedrooms are to the side of the living room. The master bedroom has lovely views over the bay. The bunk room is only suitable for children. The laundry & bathroom are accessed from the kitchen.
Take a short stroll into the village to explore the many shops, galleries and cafes on offer. The large section and proximity to the beach make this property perfect for young families. The Cottage is central to everything including the Matiatia ferry and many of Waiheke’s award winning restaurants.
Each stay incurs a $150 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
