## Space
The house for 8 people, ideally designed for two families of 4, is atypical because it is in two parts, separated by an outside porch. On the left, enter the rustic-style living room with its fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. In winter, take advantage of the fireplace (wood provided free of charge). Upstairs, a large bedroom with its 140 bed, a large wall cupboard and its private bathroom in a warm style. Access to the garden terrace with generous flora is from the living room. Take advantage of summer evenings for your meals and grills. Go down the wooden staircase to stroll through the park (be careful though because the edge of the river is not secure).
To the right of the steps, the second house has a bedroom with a 120 single bed, a bathroom with separate WC and upstairs via the very narrow spiral staircase, a small mezzanine with a 90 cm bed and a bedroom a good sofa bed of 140 and a large wall cupboard.

A parking space under the house in front of the entrance to the old forge, otherwise the church car park is 100M away

The village bar-restaurant-grocer will be happy to welcome you. In Ligueil 10 minutes away, you will find all the shops you need. You are 50 minutes from the magnificent Beauval zoo (plan a day) and the Futuroscope park. You are in the heart of beautiful villages in southern Touraine, including Grand-Pressigny (10 mins away) with its prehistoric museum (known as the joyful museum for children). 20 minutes from your holiday home, visit Loches, the capital of southern Touraine, a beautiful medieval city with its royal castle, an architectural gem from the end of the Middle Ages, the royal residence welcomed Joan of Arc, Anne of Brittany and hosted the favorite of King Charles VII, Agnès Sorel. A 5-minute walk away, its 37-meter keep is a masterpiece of 11th century military architecture and one of the best preserved in Europe. Take advantage of the Wednesday and Saturday morning market throughout the city and its many bars, restaurants and shops.

By the A85: 40 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceaux.
Via the A10: 50 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches station: 20 min to go to Tours.
Tours airport: 60 min.
