The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit if applicable).
