Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Loved the modern remodel, close to metro (4 min walk), close to supermarkets, communication of owner, allowed late checkout, very clean. It's not overpriced for Paris. The owner was great and remodel of unit too. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: Neighborhood does not feel the safest although we had no issues come up. All tourist attractions require metro, not walkable, closest is montmartre, 2 metro stops away, or 25 min walk. The lower floor does not have ventilation so bathroom stinks like moisture and pipes.
