It is located in the Dordogne on the border with the Lot in the Périgord Noir. This area is known for its beautiful surroundings, good cuisine, wines, hospitality and many sights and attractions. Spacious living room of 45 m2 with sitting area with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, a dining area for 8 people and an open kitchen with a cozy bar area. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, this bedroom with a double bed (160x200) has its own bathroom. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (160x200) and one with 2 single beds of 90x200. Finally, there is a bathroom and toilet.

Nice garden(3000 m2) with lots of grass where you can play in full and on the south side of the house the large private swimming pool. There is also a swing for the children. In short, a wonderfully uncomplicated house for an unforgettable holiday!
