The space:
The house itself is a two-story, century old house that holds all the charm of a traditional Chester home featuring beautiful wood floors and original staircase but updated to include new appliances and modern touches. The large front and back yards are perfect for picnics, fires, or games. The top floor houses a large, full bathroom along with 3 full bedrooms, all bright with natural light from many large windows.
The bottom floor features a 2-piece bath and 3 common room spaces for dining, relaxing, or playing any of the many board games provided. The kitchen is well equipped and is also where you’ll find a new washer and dryer available for guest use. The ground floor and main entrance is also where you’ll find the hidden gem of the house, the beautiful sunroom spanning the width of the house and providing the perfect place for morning coffee, kid colouring, or a quiet place to curl up with a book.
With 3 full bedrooms, this house will easily sleep up to 6, comfortably up to 8 with a new pullout couch, and in a pinch could less comfortably sleep up to 9 with the help of a (very) firm futon.
