Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here, the room had everything I needed and located a short walk away from where I wanted to see, the room was clean and tidy, the gentleman on reception was amazing informing me on popular places to visit which I really appreciated, WiFi was great, and rooms where very quiet I didn’t have anyone disturbing me at all.
Only down side I’d say is on hotels it says check out is 11 and at the property it says 10, and having to bag up all your sheets and towels no mention of that on hotels

Summary: Stayed for a weekend in January. Check in was quick and simple, and the apartment was in good, clean condition with all the amenities needed. Neighbourhood was quiet, but only 10-15 min walk from the old town, lake and train/bus station. There were also several supermarkets within walking distance. The only minor issue I had was with the smoke detector in the apartment making random noises, which was presumably due to a faulty battery or some other fault. But aside from this, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Summary: Good room, basic kitchen essentials provided (and much appreciated), easy to find from town centre, very basic but comfortable and good for a long weekend away. Overall no complaints. Was not expecting a 5* hotel.

Summary: The accommodation was convenient for the 'old town' at Annecy which was 15 minutes walk. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.
