The originality of the place is the large garden of 4000 m2, so close to the water, when we acquired it in 1980 and the panoramic view of the sea and the mountain.
All the regions of Corsica have their charm. However, I have always preferred the wild, rocky southwest coast, also with its immense sandy beaches surrounded by mountains.
The house can be rented entirely for a fortnight, in July and August, for the Season week.
Only 25 km from Ajaccio, 7 km south of Sagone, at the tip of a peninsula, at the foot of a Genoese tower.
A house of around 160 m2 was built, which underwent many changes over time.

The house, all white, and the bare interior give the whole a contemporary look. This in 1 green setting.
The place is residential, at the tip of 1 peninsula, far from busy roads, with easy access, not far, however, from shops and small nice restaurants.
For lovers of the SEA, PEACE and NATURE, it is also the starting point for many excursions.
