The bird watching is fantastic as we have the Reifel Park bird sanctuary located a half mile away. Watch out for feathered visitors in the yard including eagles, pheasants and herons! We have the great fortune of living in a very central lower mainland location where you can be in downtown Vancouver in 40 minutes if you so choose.
