We have two houses on the property. You are currently looking at 3,600 sq ft main house. The 400 sq ft full apartment studio is available to add to your rental of the main house (See Vrbo # 1989794) . Please contact for additional details, as an additional rate of $300 per night will apply if you are interested in adding. Additional studio will be vacant if you rent the main house. You will not be sharing the property.
Home has heated pool, hot tub, Infrared sauna and private beach in back. Water in front and behind the home, outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle boards, mooring in front of home, dock behind the home, fire pits and outdoor games available to you (all included).
Every window in front and back side of the home has amazing water views.
UPSTAIRS (2nd floor) Master bedroom suite has a king size Tempur-pedic bed with its own private bathroom and fireplace within the room.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom. These two bedrooms have Queen size beds in each of them with very comfortable new Bio Posture mattresses. Upstairs also has its own large living room / game room area with television and amazing ocean views. There is a fireplace in this upstairs living room area as well.
Downstairs has a separate wing with another bedroom that has a day bed that can turn into a queen size bed with its own full bathroom and living room area that has a sofa that turns into a sofa bed if needed ("in-law apartment without a kitchen").
Downstairs there is also another large main living room area with fireplace and open floor plan kitchen. Huge fireplace and amazing full unobstructed view of the ocean.

4 bedrooms- in-law living room area has a sofa bed that can turn into possibly another bedroom if needed and you have the option of adding the additional full apartment studio if you are wanting even more bedrooms and space) Can turn into a total of 6 rooms for sleeping.
3 full bathrooms 1 half bathroom and an outdoor enclosed hot water shower- if you want to add the studio, that has its own full bathroom as well. Adding the additional free standing full studio apartment is an additional fee.
