Very close to downtown and the Lake as well as shopping and public transportation. This newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment, on the second floor, with ensuite laundry. It is very comfortable, safe, and convenient making it perfect for long or short stays. The building has a FOB entry and a controlled entrance for safety.
The Space:
This Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full Bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 king bed, fluffy/comfy pillows, a closet, and a chest of drawers. 2nd bedroom has a 1 queen bed, a cupboard, and a built-in closet with Mirror doors. Our apartment is very bright as we have many large windows, in the photos the blinds are pulled up however we do have privacy and window coverings. We also have a lot of parking, and there are laundry facilities in the unit and the basement of the building. The Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. Has microwave, 4 burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, Keurig machine, and toaster.
